Can I buy tickets on site?

Only visitors we be able to purchase a ticket at the door. BYOC tickets will only be in (online) presale.

Do I have to print my ticket?

No, you will be able to download your ticket in pdf or to put it in your Passbook at your smartphone.

Will I be able to choose a seat at a table

Yes you will. When you purchase (a) ticket(s), you will be able to choose your own seat.

Can I buy multiple tickets?

DUH !!! We will even have some discounts for larger groups/ clans and a little extra.

Can I resell/transfer my ticket to another gamer?

No you can’t. Because of safety regulations we have to pre-register every gamer. Because there will be 5000 of you guys, we will not have the time to make changes in our system for non-registered gamers.

How to find the MAC address in Windows ?

  • Go to the DOS prompt
  • Click on Start button
  • select Run
  • Type cmd and press ENTER
  • In the DOS prompt, type ipconfig /all and press ENTER
  • You should see the MAC address in this format 00:00:00:00:00:00

How to find the MAC address in Unix or Linux?

  • Go to a terminal
  • In the terminal, type ifconfig and press ENTER
  • You should see the MAC address in this format 00:00:00:00:00:00 following HWaddr

How to find the MAC address in Mac OS?

  • Go to Utilities (Finder > Utilities OR command + shift + u) and start the Terminal app.
  • Type this in the Terminal: networksetup -listallhardwareports
  • You will get a list of all the network interfaces with their MAC addresses (Ethernet Address).
