What to bring and what not

On this page you can find some usefull information about what you need to bring and what you need to leave at home.

• 1 PC or portable with 1 monitor (Monitor needs to fit your table)
• Headphones, as speakers are not allowed
• Power cables and power splitter
• Keyboard and mouse
• USB / CD / DVD with essential drivers (in case you need to do a re-installation))
• Sleeping bag or air mattress (there is a sleeping area)
• Towel, soap, toothbrush and paste and some deo
• fresh clothes
• if you didn’t buy vip or early bird speedseat promo, you can bring your own chair

• you are not allowed to bring any domestic electrical equipment
• 2 person air mattress for 1 person are not alloud
• It’s forbidden to bring your own spirits
• lunch pakkets and candy (not bought at our bar) will be allowed
• Hot meals are not allowed at virtulan
• mouth masks (min 3) (can be bought at the bar when needed )

Other important information

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the eventhall, there is a smoking area, or you can smoke in the garden( please do not smoke on the street in front of the building)

Downloading or sharing illegal files on the network (or ”software piracy”) is against the law in Belgium.

showing or playing pornographic material on your screen is not allowed.

torrents will be blocked by the firewall, please turn torrent downloaders off.

Virtulan keeps the right to forbid things to keep the event safe and fun as it sees fit, this will be carried out by the event crew.

Due to Covid restrictions we ask you  not to  leave the event hall during the weekend for buying food and beverages in stores, as we don’t you to endanger fellow gamers – and for social tracking reasons.
